Following on from the successful, John Hunter Hospital Emergency Generators Upgrade in 2018, Kenshaw has been awarded the Upgrade of Electrical Infrastructure, at Belmont Hospital, which marks the second major victory by the company within the Hunter New England Health System within as many years, The contract to build, install & commission the Upgrade of Electrical Infrastructure at Belmont Hospital, which includes, two new Cummins 900kVA diesel generators & new 1000kVA high voltage substation, is expected to be completed by September this year.

Belmont Hospital is an acute care public hospital servicing the City of Lake Macquarie in New South Wales, Australia. Established in 1968, it is the only public hospital in the Local Government Area and is located on Croudace Bay Road in the suburb of Belmont. Belmont Hospital has a 75 bed capacity & also features a 24-hour emergency department.
